OK, this is odd, but awhile back out of the blue the font on my surfpulse site became really tiny. That is not good for old eyes. I used to have their email, now I cannot find their contact info anywhere on the site to see what the heck happened. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone else have their contact info?

Costa Rica Surf Camp

Hi Everyone, I am hoping to take my 13 y.o. son on a surf trip to Costa Rica, in April. He is a fairly decent shortboarder, and so am I. We are not looking for a beginner place, but somewhere safe, and full service, so no hassles. And hopefully consistent waves , or a place that has drivers that will take us places if we need to travel.

Hey, anyone looking to unload a stable noserider type long board with wide tail, thin rails, and wide nose? I would like to practice cross-stepping. I say this every summer when long boarding gets fun, and never get good enough to really enjoy it...email me. Thanks.

Stoke is in the eye of the beholder. My 10 y.o. daughter and I hit Cowell's twice yesterday with 1.5-3 feet clean conditions. She caught several waves on her own on my 8'8' Stewart Hydro Hull, and we rode two together!! That gets a fair because of the family stoke. It was really fun.

Still fun later this morning at LM, but tide is dropping. Chest high, clean, 2-3 turns almost to the beach. Not much crowd.

Hey guys, check out our open house this Sunday, less than a mile from ######. very sad to move away from the beach,(moving slightly south, maybe to some secret spots!!) but it would feel better if a surfer snapped up the house. http://www.Obeo.com/607644

Surf Enforcer Elections

I am truly sorry to start this up again, but the recent tragedy in Santa Cruz is sadly on my mind.

What about a town meeting, and hold elections for surf enforcers? The SF surf scene is ultimately pretty small, and there are really only 2-3 localized breaks.

I thought our timeout was too long. Don't you know you are only supposed to give kids a minute per year for a timeout? So for me, that should have been 29 minutes.

I braved the poo, and toxic brew, and found myself a few.

Surprisingly fun, minimal crowd, wicked winds that would periodically die down, chest to shoulder, couple bigger sets. Some held up, and rode a couple to the beach.

buoy info for non smart phone?

HI everyone. I have been burned a few times lately in relation to board choices in the early AM because I did not want to take the time to fire up the computer to check the buoys. I have a non smart phone. Is there anything I could get or subscribe to for fre to get buoy data on my little phone?

Hey guys. I have been lurking for awhile, and you guys seem to be more enlightened than the average surfer. Could I maybe help you to become a tiny bit more politically correct when it comes to body part language, and female anatomy language? You know, the kinds of things you probably would not say in mixed company...?
