Beautiful sunny afternoon here with plenty of shifty incessant mackers thumping up and down the beach. If you feel like a workout, don't care if you catch many waves and can handle big unruly surf (there were a few brave soles out the back in spots) go at it. You may find what you're looking for. Me? I'll mind surf a few more, then back on the bike for a cruise around GGP.

Very good surf today. Conditions at the beach are clean with moderate offshore winds. Waves vary from shoulder high to overhead, and you can find whatever kind of surf you're after. Want nice rollers for your longboard/fish? It's out there. Want fast head high barrels over a shallow sandbar? Check. A lot of stoke in the water. Good times.

Confirmed. Good surf at OB this afternoon. 1.5 OH, clean, little to no wind. I'd go with good. The paddle is what it is, but I had a merry ole time once out there. Bigger board means more fun today, at least where I was. low tide seems to be making it a bit more shifty, less organized. Still fun though.

I surfed 1-3. Nice conditions today. Offshore winds and overhead swell. Plenty of paddle required but well worth the effort. Getting over a cold convinced me to go with more board. Bueno.

OB is Mean and green at the late morning surf check (10:30). Drove the length of the beach, couldn't see any takers but I may have missed the odd hellion amongst the whitewater. 1.5+OH, mixed up and just looks like a grinder session at best. Pass.

Wait - see one surfer and a SUPer, both getting pounded. Good on ya mates.

Brrrrr.....It's cold and drizzly at the beach this morning, but on the plus side the wind is helping clean things up. Waves range from head high to head and a half+ depending on your location turtle. The tide is high and it shows. Waves look ok, as long as you're willing to pull on your cold, wet, suit in the drizzly chilly wind and then endure a few ice cream headaches/paddle poundings. Kinda shifty, but when isnt it? I'll give a fair-

Just exited some very fun surf at OB near the bathrooms and showers. Dusted off the winter gun for a warm up and had a great time. Tide isn't helping making things fatter than you want, but still, it's hot out, blowing offshore and the waves are rolling in pretty consistently. Happy.

Just had a fun session at OB 11-1. Shoulder high, occasionally larger, but the fun part were the corners. Lots of em. Peaky beachbreak out there. Wind not helping but not ruining it either.

Sunny, warm and the waves aren't half bad. About shoulder high occasional head high set. Just exited and had fun on the zippy inside dumpers. Keep expectations reasonable and have fun!

At ###### between 10am-12pm. Conditions were good, with sets working well off the cliff/point. Some waves were too large, closing out early, but occasionally a set would line up just right. The smaller ones had better shape with plenty of power. Winds were light.

Ocean beach. Sunny and clear with sideshore/onshore winds that get stronger the farther south you go. The surf is shoulder high with occasional head+ energy showing up as mushy lumps out the back and mixed up with short period energy. Nothing worth getting fired up about. I'm going in for a maintenance session. Hoping to find some zippy nearshore dumpers. I'd say fair- but only because it's sunny.

Beautiful Morning here at ###### but the surf is still wild and wooly. Heads up - great highway is closed both directions south of ###### (between ###### and lake Merced, the crumbling into the sea bit) and closed southbound between ###### and ######.

SFOB. South ###### is serving up meaty OH beach break. Clean surface conditions, a little mixed up but the odd corner providing nice barrel opportunity. Guys are getting pitted.
