&lt;p&gt;Another drowned swimmer in Pacifica.  Sad, but not a surprise - I&#039;ve checked out the beach at Pacifica pier many times hoping that it&#039;d prove itself to be a surf spot, but every time the close-out shore pound suggested otherwise.&lt;/p&gt;
