Clean HH OH. Calm by the time I got out. Lots of peaks. I'm giving it an extra bump because this was one of the few times when the waves seemed to come right to me and no one was around but the dolphins. Results may vary. Get it before the wind does!

A bit smaller than yesterday, but just as glassy. Fun shoulder to head high walls. Occasional lulls and a little hard to line up. Not too crowded where I was, which was nice and a bit of a surprise considering the conditions.

Blind paddle out into the misty fog this morning to find peaky HH-OH bowls. As the tide filled in it got better and smoother, but damn that current took me down the beach. There's definitely still some action out there and the winds are still calm. Fun+

Went to the post office during my lunch break and realized the winds were fairly light considering the norm lately. I never made it back to work and the dropping tide and building swell provided a sweet afternoon sesh. SH-HH+, with some OH nugz rolling through. Lots of sick lefts. The drops were pretty steep and had some chatter on the face, but if you got past the first section then the wave would peel all the way to the inside. The few guys that were out were stoked to the max, myself included. Yew!

Expectations were low but the wind held off and size (WH to HH) and shape were just fiiiiiine. STOKARONDO!

Was pretty fun for a while. chest to head high with some decent shape. Also got a good beating by a set, stuck inside watching other guys get good ones for about 10 minutes. Then I left my wetsiut bag behind, paid dues twice!

Ordinarily, when I give it a "fair," it means "The surf wasn't all that, but I had fun." Today, the surf was pretty-decent-and-getting-better, but I sucked. You're probably already out there, but if not, AVENNNNNGE ME!

I stared at it hard for an hour picturing what it looked like in the Fall. Suddenly I realized I wasn't just imagining it anymore. Cleaned up a lot. Wind is calm if not a bit offshore. Doubt it's going to last though.
