Lots of energy, mostly channeled into closeouts. Found a cleanish spot south between the creek and ###### and got some chest-high bouncy Thursday rides

Gray and mushy... alternating between weak waist high and head high closeouts. Found a temporary oasis of clean chest-high waves at the pump house with hairy fast drops. Got wet, got donuts, it's Friday. Good enough :)

Mushy, bouncy and gray at 8am.. tide too low. No sign of the 10-14ft swell promised by Wetsand. One sweet big left, 1 bomb ridden upside down under water, and a lot of mush. Oh Linda. Had high expectations after Tuesday's clean shoulder high lefts north of ###### Ave. Still great to get wet twice in 1 week. Been a while.

Friday AM.. junky, chunky and, for me, hard to read the short period waves after 6 weeks of soft well-behaved SC rollers at 38th Ave and Cowells. Spent the first half of the session mis-timing ducks, swallowing water, and getting pitched. Then I found a sweet fast left in front of ######, and spent the rest of the session and the day grinning.
