Behind fog door #2, we have a big (HH+ on the outside) mess (crossed-up, jacking, side-swell macking). And enjoy your paddle back from the Farallons. Happy fathers day!

World cup games are over and the fog has cleared. #sfob a bit mixed up but there's waves. Bring your paddling arms, current is pulling fast

If you're one to complain about crowds out at OB, then today is your day. But it's not without good reason. The fog is thick, the inside punishing and the paddle to the outside is filled with frothy yellow muck. But if you do make it to the outside (took me ~20 minutes), you'll be rewarded with some HH/HH+ waves to yourself. Most of the outside waves steamroll through but some are pitching top to bottom. Lots of bump on the face. Fun (cough cough) to be had with decent sized waves for the summer but definitely not without some effort.

Surfed south of ###### with a handful of other desperate guys. Some fast shoulders for the patient on the mid/inside but mostly a utility session. Hasn't cleaned much even with the lack of wind. Lots of rip right in front of the bathroom. The inside mauler is doubling-up, sucking sand and pitching out in waist deep water. Might be some fun rides on the outside with a big board.

mid SFOB still a mess, solo guy paddling out for glory, a handful up north trying to get the inside break, high tide-ish, moving on...

Low tide isn't helping much. Mid-beach is stacked up with DOH+ sets rolling through. One guy out that's caught a couple bombs. Outer-outer bar is serving. Paddle looks pretty tough. ###### is smaller but still 1.5OH, rip pulling fast North, tough paddle through the short period. A couple a takers look like the rip finally let them out. Rescue boats were out catching air off the sets - supposedly somebody lost their board and got sucked out to sea.

There's still time to work off that Xmas feast. Offshore and sunny. Mid-beach still big (1.5-2xOH) and relentless. A few takers made the paddle. ###### HH but a bit messy (like those dishes piled up in your sink). Sunny and lots of people are outside enjoying the holiday.
