Rant - Workout

have decided I want to have Gabby Reece's abs and Laird's biceps but not his neck muscles, which are weird, but probably helpful to keep his head attached during Chopes wipeouts.

thinking of changing up my workout routine, since it's spring so less surfing and my current routine is super-stale, so I'm not doing it much.

anybody gotten into CrossFit? heard good things about it. but also dunno how relevant/good it is may be for surfing. other than anything that makes you fitter is good for surfing.
