planning on a surf trip september 21st to 25th. i was wondering which beaches are a must. traveling from san francisco to san diego. i already know the spots in santa cruz but beyond that i have no clue what to hit up. probably be bringing a short board and 7'. ill be getting hotels within the areas of these surf spots.

was at lindamar yesterday afternoon and saw a guy taking pictures of people using the showers. one of them was my gf. he did a couple laps aroudn the parking lot sticking his head up through cars, appeared to be looking for more shots(without taking anymore pictures) but it was weird since he circled the showers a couple times.

getting a new suit for christmas. looking into the new technobutter suits from oneill.
i was wondering if anyone surfed in a 3.5 mm/3mm suit out in ocean beach(during cold days). im concerned with it being to cold, what do you think? i think that i can work up enough sweat to keep me warm, especially with the new technology thats suppose to keep you dryer.
