If the law banning PWC in the Marine Sanctuary is to be "broken" (according to Jeff Clark), then the photographers getting the money shots from the channel sure as hell better have some resonsibilities for surf rescues (a la Russell Ord).

As reported by Bruce Jenkins in the SFGate story:

"I’m feeling pretty good, I’m feeling a little bit light-headed but I feel like I’m still normal. I was pretty fatigued and had lots of headaches, but I recovered in five days. The doctors were really surprised." said Trette.
