Not very good conditions at SFOB but light offshores, beautiful, sunny skies, & enough fun 1.5x OH waves to make the paddle worthwhile.

Glassy, misty, spooky, dark, & completely alone this morn at SFOB. Inconsistent & mostly closed out but HH, speedy & fun when they held up.

You may already know this, but pretty terrible conditions at the Beach. Despite decent groundswell energy that doesn't seem to be cluttered by the noise of windswell and relatively light winds, surf was jumbly, crumbly, and closed out. If you found a shoulder a hacked up sectiony ride could be had.

Pluses: Empty lineup (shocker... the other side of the Beach's self-regulation), warm water, beautiful cloudy skies, good exercise.
