SFOB is WAY better than it looks from the lot. OH+ drops mostly going nowhere but some serious fun ones mixed in. Easy paddle. Fair+. Go!

SFOB is tiny and onshore. Hats off to the dozen folks out on longboards making the best of it.

Fun. There's some size but it's really soft. There's a strong current pushing everyone towards Cowells. The current kept the crowd scattered and all in all there were more waves than people so there was no vibe. Friendly smiles, even. Sunshine and warm water. Hard to argue.

Drove down with my gear and turned around and went back to work. I am again sitting at my desk. Dumping, onshore, and cold. Might I suggest bowling, or perhaps a ground of golf?

Word from the lot is that it isn't any better at the Jetty.
