Jetty was ARG!tastic from 11-12. Big, angry, jumbled up, double stacked. It was doing it's best Ocean Beach impression. After I packed up, things really mellowed: cleaner, more moderate size. Saw good rides both while I was out and as I was leaving.

At SMLM fm 7-11. Frequency & size is picking up but shape is meh. More closeouts than in the mellow longboard morning. Crowd medium.

Holy crap I had a lot of fun at Linda Mar today. Surfed from 10-1 (pic is from 10). Sure, it was inconsistent, but there were Shoulder-HH waves up north an mostly holding up waist-smaller waves for me between taco bell and the pump house. Things picked up as the tide dropped giving the still smallish waves a little more ommph. Still not huge, but pretty fun. A little patience and I nice long log and you've got yourself a day. Sun came out, people in the middle were nice and friendly. Little crowded, especially as the afternoon went on, but I certainly had fun. Feels good to be back!

Waves were clean and mellow at LM from 11:45-1:30. Sets were pulling in shoulder high waves, but average was around 2-3ft with some long lulls. Low crowds. Sun was coming out as I left.

Surfed Cowells from 1-3p. Negative tide and moderate to lower crowd made for some beautiful nice long rides. Great sun, friendly people, and ride after ride. 3ft or so and clean. Great longbaording day.
